Amal Totkay is very helpful and also necessary to change the mindset from fixed to growth. There are 5 amal totakay that is totally very important and move forward to my smart goals. These totkay teach us never to lose our hope and find us to weaknesses and strengthen ourselves. These tips keep our life with schedule, without schedule we will never fight towards our smart goals. Amal Team finds their totkay with very broad research and collected from the different interviews is only for to growth mindset of the people.

1. Self talk

“Self-talk reflects your innermost feelings.” (Dr. Asa Don Brown)

Strat from the 1st Amal totka is self-talking. Self-talk is very important for the developing growth mindset. It's realizing that you can do it. Every possible and impossible work you do it. Every day you think about what I do for the whole day. By this, you can see your achievement and areas of improvement. Self-talking removes the negative points regarding your smart goals, keeps them positive, and moves forward to the smart goals and achieve them.

2. Get out of your Comfort Zone

“You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.” (Roy T. Bennett)

In this Amal totka, you will be able to think outside the box. If you put yourself in a challenging situation then you learn a lot. In this way, you have to opportunity to get out of your comfort zone. If you fall in your comfort zone you will not go to achieve the goals. Get Out of your comfort zone is really helpful to move your mindset from fixed to growth. A Comfort zone is an illness in which you will not succeed.

3. Create new habits

Create new habits for yourself. These habits reinforce thinking about something that you want and are passionate about it. It fully diverts your mindset from fixed to growth. By creating the new habits you set the schedule for learning and other activities with hobbies. What you achieve in the whole day and write down when you write down then you identify the areas of improvement and self-reflection what I will do to move forward my goals.

  1. I created a habit that teaches graphic designing to people with the help of leadership and all type of things that I have done.
  2. Develop a habit of 3–4 new words of the English language and practice them to speaking with the sentence.
  3. Clean your surroundings that I have done previously.
  4. Remind my smart goals and expectations of my family with me.
  5. Joining the informative and communication skills groups or academic pages.

If you want to develop a Growth mindset Beginning from today, you must taste these habits one by one and see or realize the change in your mindset.

Habits determine your Future

It is my favorite tip, I have started implementing this habit for the last two weeks. From this tip, I learned a lot of things that I have never seen before. If we all of us implement those habits which is your favorite then I will be defiantly change our life.

4. Ask people for help

“State what you want, and go for it, don’t refuse yourself a request you did not make.” (Bangambiki Habyarimana)

This is difficult to ask for help from the people. Some of the people shyness and never ask for help from friends. Some of the fear about people. This is the full advantage for you to ask for help from people. If u don’t ask for help you will not learn more and new things. You never learn without community. You must ask the people to help and share the problems that you faced. When you ask for help they give you feedback and opinions, accept the opinion and start again until you succeed.

5. Fake it till you make it

“You must be the person you have never had the courage to be. Gradually, you will discover that you are that person, but until you can see this clearly, you must pretend and invent.” (Paulo Coelho)

This amal totka is very helpful for those who are the lake of confidence. In this totka the change your fixed mindset into growth in the form of being confident and competent.

In the course, the Anum and Hafsa share their thoughts according to their confidence and competence. She acts in such a way that never feels to everyone. She acts confident and competent then she will succeed. We don’t worry about things just struggling with our goals and see the results. So it is your responsibility to carry out the things without fear. Just act as confident as well as expert.
