During the Amal Fellowship journey, I have learned a lot and experienced many things with positive reflections. Before joining Amal I have nothing. Prior to entering the Amal Fellowship, I was an introverted person who did not speak in public owing to a lack of confidence, and this shortcoming hampered my progress. And I am also haven't a growth mindset.

Before Amal

In this journey, I am experienced with a lot of challenges to move forward in my professional career. Amal makes me how to overcome any obstacle or problem that arises in your career.

Here I am sharing the one positive reflection with you fellows. When I submitted our 1st project work and I was waiting for the graded and also the project winner. It was August 07, 2021, and I was dead set on being named as the winner. The time for the announcements came and luckily, I was not on the high-achievers list. At the time, it made me quite sad. Because I have much more effort into it, I have never already given much time and effort to any project work or assignment. I began to think, feel, and observe outside of the illusion-filled wall I had constructed. This wall was about to fall down.

Mentors role in this Positive Vibe

After the announcements, Sir Ahmed Raza Mahmood stated that we assess on merit and make every effort to provide 100% positive & productive feedback. He concluded by adding that we do not follow favoritism.

Sir Ahmed Adds more about this

Adding more to it, my mentor, Ma’am Iman Abid Khan, everyone works hard to get happiness from her work reward. If you should get happiness then be positive and keep struggling on improvements.

Ma’am said

I threw down my negativity and began following and enjoying the feedback. This move-on strategy resulted in Positive Reflection. I moved on fast and began to embrace my areas for growth. This response has made me as serene as a butterfly, fearless as a lion, and courageous as a Spartan soldier. These two mentors were and continue to be a source of inspiration for me.

Tassawar’s Positive Reflection

This event provided me with joy, happiness, a fresh perspective on things, and the habit of welcoming people. As a result, I see it as a good reflection on the progress of the one-of-a-kind platform Amal Academy.

In the 2nd PW, I was worked hard according to the previous feedback. From the previous week, I was waiting to declare the winner. When I heard the name me I was very happy and Ma’am said the whole session to see the Tassawar’s smile. This award was appreciated much and help me to make myself happy along with improvements.

Amal Academy

Otherwise, I may be imagining all of the events in a completely different way. Furthermore, it may have stymied my learnings, shaped my views, and led to the development of aggressiveness. Later on, I may have overlooked the notion of a win-win situation. I consider myself really fortunate to have experienced this wonderful reflection occurrence.

Amal Team

I took it naturally and immediately, and perhaps, as a result, I received it as a favorable reflection. Furthermore, the experience at AMAL Academy was fantastic, and I can’t believe that this sort of atmosphere exists in Pakistan and has the potential to transform the lives of millions of people.
