Going the #ExtraMile with making an In-Person Drop

I am passionate about my startup as professional life. I am waiting for such opportunities. Then recently my university issued the internship letter and I am very happy to hear this. Internship in any organization is part of my course and it is very important for my degree of BBA. Unfortunately, I did not get the internship in any organization due to covid-19 and references. Every organization said that you have a reference who is already a job in this organization. I visit the NBP in Faisalabad with my resume and cover letter. I prepare a simple introduction to related my skills.
The HR Manager Khuram said to me “I appreciate you and your passion for getting the internship, but you should have a reference then I will try to hire you. So I decided to find the reference. After the 3 days of searching, I could find only one reference in the MCB Limited organization. I told the situation and said you should get an internship and invite me to the office with documents. At that time I prepared much more about my relevant skills to the bank that I have learned from previous NBP.
At MCB Limited I met with Junaid khan HR manager. He is interviewing me. Now I am doing an internship at MCB Limited. So in this situation, my personal links and relatives help me to overcome this problem. So, build connections with the relevant field in which you work or interset.
I am learned a lot from this activity. I suggest you drop in person for showing the passion and capabilities of your work. Prepare an elevator pitch and going with the #extramile. No one can become perfect in just one day. Only Practice makes a man perfect.
