I am applying online in various banks and visit many branches to drop in person Resume and Cover Letter.
As a professional, I am really enthusiastic about my startup. I’m looking forward to such possibilities. Then, later, my university sent the internship letter, which made me extremely pleased. Internships at any organization are part of my course and are very crucial for my BBA degree. Unfortunately, owing to covid-19 and recommendations, I was unable to obtain an internship in any organization. Every organization said that you should have a reference who currently works for them. I visit the NBP bank with my tailored Resume and cover letter. I prepare a brief introduction of my expertise.
“I applaud you and your desire for gaining the internship and for your first startup in professional life,” HR Manager Khuram told me, “but you need to have a reference before I would try to recruit you.” Finding references is the most difficult task for me because I am not from Faisalabad, I do not know the people, and I have no interaction in my profession. So I began to look for the reference. I could only locate one reference in the MCB Limited organization after three days of searching. I explained the issue and he suggested, you could get an internship and come to my office with documentation. When I heard it I am very happy. At the time, I had prepared a lot more information regarding my relevant abilities to the bank.
I met with Junaid Khan, the HR manager of MCB Limited. He’s doing an interview with me. He asked me a variety of questions, and he could clearly sense my enthusiasm for obtaining an internship. I am now interning at MCB Limited. So, in this case, my personal connections and family assist me in overcoming this difficulty. So, make contacts in the appropriate field in which you work or are interested.
This Project has taught me a lot. I had endured several obstacles and heard numerous criticisms from others. I recommend that you bring a resume and cover letter with you to demonstrate your enthusiasm and talents at work. Make an elevator pitch and go the #extramile. Nobody can become flawless in a single day. Practice is the only thing that can make a guy perfect.
