Getting Closer to your Mega Project Problem
Today I am discussing the major problem that is exciting in our society and all in Pakistan. But no one considers that this problem. The problem that the cause of depression, fear, anxiety feelings, suicidal thoughts due to the lack of opportunities and no direction towards goals, lack of resources.
Recently one day my phone ringing when I pick the call my friend speak i am going to suicide. I am very shocked to hear her voice and comment on suicide. He is loudly crying and said I am going to suicide.
I consoled him and ask the reason behind it he tells me the lack of money and jobless. I am talking about that everything is fine. Don’t be panic am here. A couple of days later I heard the news of her suicide I am shocked and really sad. According to the research 46% of youth attempt suicide in Pakistan due to depression.
Identify the problem.
I am working to identify the problem then I realized the problem is this no direction about our interset on the initial stage. Lack of knowledge, No direction regarding your interest, no many resources to pay the counseling fee. In short, the problem is Not delivering the proper career counseling to the children and youth.
When I discuss this problem with the children's parents they think it is not the problem. They said he decides her next plan or direction in which our child going. Then I am aware of them not to force the child to choose the whos path which child are not interest, it is dangerous for him to survive in the world. He is hunter the depression. Depression kill the man.
The reason behind this problem
Lack of knowledge,
Not enough resources,
Online classes,
Covid-19 effect on the study.
In my opinion
Poor kids and student change their lives if we provide the right direction and some sort of skills. In short words, we create such a platform that gives the consoling free of the cast after the 8th class when children are free from school.

Strategy for this Problem
Here I am sharing one quote about problem-solving.
“If you choose to not deal with an issue,

A one-month session for children to identify their capabilities. I thought that if we start from the initial stage then I will do this in a better way and we also solve this problem of depression and youth suicidal thoughts. We can start from our soundings on a small scale.
Identify the areas of interest.
Identify their learning capabilities.
How much time to complete his work.
Developing his growth mindset.
Knowing about weakness and strength.
Desire results
By this strategy plan, every child is capable to decide the next step in life. Our purpose is that every child makes decisions by itself. They gain the capability to know their weaknesses and strengths themselves. What they do or what they did.

Develop a platform
We decide to make a small office
Teach them for freelancing
Teach about the creation of habits
We already run an office related to freelancing, therefore, it is easy for us. When we teach them about freelance it will help them about the tension of money. They will choose the right path for themselves.
Conclusion
From the above discussion, we start this step then we help many youth students. Keep serving the youth is the future of our country.
